About Michael

It was 1967. The Toronto Maple Leaf's had just won the Stanley Cup. The back seat of his parents new Dodge Monaco was where Michael first started learning about Real Estate, as they drove around Northumberland looking for the perfect home. In no time that Monaco was worth nothing, but every homes value kept rising. He was hooked.


Since that time, Michael has never stopped buying, restoring, revitalising and selling homes and cottages in and around Northumberland, along with severing and developing building lots and commercial property. 


He has enjoyed success, especially in urban property consolidation and embraces the concept of highest and best use, with a trained eye for untapped potential in every parcel of land. 


Michael and his wife Nina have been successfully investing in rental properties for well over twenty-five years and also enjoy being successful Airbnb hosts who know how to appeal to buyers. Whether you are upsizing or downsizing, Michael has the experience, knowledge and negotiating skills to make your transaction a success.
